Now that I’m a momma and a working momma at that, it’s a necessity to have a quick easy breakfast I can grab in the morning and take with me. Well, these egg muffins are really killing it this week! They are oober easy to make and get you set up for a healthy breakfast everyday! No recipe needed here just throw in your favorite ingredients mix and go!
8 eggs/spinach / cherry tomatoes/ and your favorite spices! I sprayed the muffin tin with coconut oil spray and baked at 400 degrees about 8-10 min or until cooked in the center! Put in fridge and go!! I paired it with a few slices of nitrate/nitrite free bacon!
